Please can anyone tell me how to make sure the shipping charges and methods of payment accepted, are included in the invoice before sending it to the buyer? When I open the 'send invoice' section it just states the cost of the item.

You can "cut paste" all your terms of sale info into the comment box at the bottom of the invoice.

thanks, I will try that! I did notice on one invoice that miraculously my postage and packing charges had been added - but I didn't remember doing it myself!
