Dear Italian stamp collectors/sellers.
In november 2007 I have lost 3 letters posted in Italy for The Netherlands. That makes from december 2006 till now 8 lost letters including registered mail. In december 2006 a registered letter posted in Rome, worth 33 euro's, was lost and stil not a refund aldo the investigation was finished 5 months ago.
What do you think! Is it an Italian problem? Because I have no problems with the post from other countries. Even Australian letters arrive in 4/5 days!!!
What to do? No more buying in Italy?
Please give me your thoughts. Thanks. Dick Wibier. zuiderpark

Dear Friend ZUIDERPARK,
This is not an Italian problem only, becouse I have had problems also with the French mail, with one registered letter, after 2 months the problem has be resolved . Sure the normal mail has had always some problems. Some postman - not honest - tears the stamps that he like, but the letter arrives. Someone takes the contained and throws away the envelope.
Better if you use the registered letter.

Ciao from Italy.
